Ten years ago we made the decision to leave ‘Corporate America’ and go into business for ourselves in residential real estate. With Mick’s financial and commercial real estate background in a customer service industry and Leslie’s knowledge of the community and schools we believed we would make a strong team. However, we decided to do this only if it was on our terms. We would provide a fresh approach to the business, stressing customer service above all else. It is our belief that the keys to customer service are market knowledge, honesty, availability, and putting the needs of the customer first. Having recently been named to the Master’s Club, signifying sales volume in the top 5%, we have never regretted our decision.

Our family has lived in the Tri Valley for over twenty years. Mick spent almost twenty years in the banking and retail industries culminating as the Chief Financial Officer for one of the oldest corporations in California. His background includes over fifteen years of contract negotiation and analysis in retail and commercial real estate.

Leslie has been a teacher, homemaker, and volunteer in the Pleasanton community. She has been very active in the Pleasanton Unified School District, including President of the Parent’s Student Organization at Vintage Hills School, PPIE representative for Pleasanton Middle School, and member of the city-wide Strategic Planning Commission. She is currently the Executive Director of the non-profit school orginazation PPIE.
