Following are the attributes we believe most important when representing home buyers:

  • We will listen.

  • We will always understand that we represent you. At all times, we will put your best interests first.

  • We will be available. Your schedule takes priority (with two of us as full-time Realtors© one of us is almost always available). When you contact us we normally will get back to you within the hour. At the latest, we will get back to you the same day.

  • We will inform you of new listings the day they come on the market, either through email, fax, or phone.

  • We will be honest. We will inform you of everything we know about a neighborhood, market, or home.

  • We have years of experience with real estate transactions ranging from small condos to multi-million dollar deals. We will always negotiate with your best interests as the primary focus.

  • Once you have found a home and are in escrow, we will continue to keep in close contact with you. We will attend all inspections and not just rely on written reports. We will monitor all key contractual dates to ensure that you are protected. We will keep in touch with your lender, and we will keep in constant contact with the Realtor© representing the seller.

  • Even after you own your home we will continue to be available if any questions or concerns should arise. Our service does not end once the transaction has closed.
Following are further point we believe to be important:

  • We have found it very beneficial to meet with our clients up-front and answer any questions they may have about us or the home buying process. If you are a first time home buyer we will explain the process step-by-step. It is important that you feel comfortable with us and decide at the beginning of the process if we are the right Realtors© for you.

  • We cannot promise that every home we show you will be exactly what you are looking for, but we can promise that we will learn from each property visited. This learning curve varies by customer. Some buyers know exactly what they want, and in a relatively short period of time need only be shown a small percentage of the homes that come on the market. Others need the time to see many properties in various neighborhoods. We will adapt to your particular situation.

  • We will explain the contract in detail. It is important that you understand the implications of every decision you make on a contract proposal.
